Our "Exquisite Extra" Flip program at Rhythms of Grace can be taken as an add-on to dance classes or independently. Our flip students aim to learn basic tumbling and floor work skills in an environment that is uplifting, non-competitive, and modest.

Flip Foundations: This beginning level acrobatics class is open to any Stepstones student who is in Kindergarten and above who is  also taking a “Key Class” dance class at Rhythms of Grace.  No previous skills are required.  Students will engage in one 30 minute class weekly including stretching, strengthening, balance exercises, and basic tumble skills including rolls, handstands, cartwheels, backbends, and more.

Acro for Stepstones: This 45 minute weekly flip/acrobatics class is open to any student in 3rd grade (or established ROG Emerald)  through 6th grade with the ability to independently complete a standing backbend and return to standing position.  The instructors will cater instruction to each individual student to help them each progress to new skills consistently and safely.  This extra class can be taken as an add on to dance classes OR independently (no Key Class required).

Acro for Royal Rhythms: This 45 minute weekly flip/acrobatics class is open to any student in 6th through 12th grade with the ability to independently complete a backbend and return to the standing position.  The instructors will cater instruction to each individual student to help them each progress to new skills consistently and safely.  This extra class can be taken as an add on to dance classes OR independently (no Key Class required).
